We have a very exciting employment opportunity with our efficient, growing friendly team at The Denture Clinic, with 12-18 hours available between 3 of our clinics, with the opportunity for full-time hours in the future.

As a Rockstar receptionist you will have:

  • A customer-focused, caring, friendly attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, kindness and resilience
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to travel between clinics when required
  • Basic receptionist skills & some knowledge of dental (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to manage time well, multi-task & be punctual
  • Willingness to learn & embrace new skills
  • Work well as part of a high performing team & independently

Duties will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and helpful manner, so that they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Explanation of proposed treatment plans and clarification of procedures to patients in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Processing of payments and managing all invoices and receipts
  • Patient care and follow-up
  • Assist in building long term relationships with our patients through punctuality, humour and kindness
  • General reception/administrative duties
  • Assisting Dental Prosthetists when required

During training/education period (first 3 months) hours will be 20-38 hours. Will be over 32 hours a week 3 months after the training/education period. Must be available Saturday 9am to 1pm.

This is a casual position (1 position, available to work at both clinics)

Your role as Administration Officer (Clinics) is to:

  • Provide high quality administration services in accordance with True policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administration tasks associated with front desk reception.
  • Provide administrative support to the Windsor health professional staff when required.
