Our client, a Leading NSW Government Department are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant and Administrator to join their team in on an initial contract until the end of June 2021 with potential for an extension past this point.

The office is CBD based although initially the role only required you to go into the office 1-2 days per week, the rest is from home.

Day
to Day Duties
  • Support to Deputy Secretary and Broader Team
  • Branch and Team meeting coordination
  • Coordination of the Quarterly Operations Report
  • Management of Registers held by the Branch (Projects and Investigations)
  • Media monitoring and tracking for the range of Branch functions
  • Support for CDRT functions, including coordination with Cabinet coordination Unit for team membership; assisting with meeting preparation
  • Liaison with and support external consultants undertaking work for the Branch
  • Assistance with PID reporting follow up (liaison with external agencies)
  • Coordination support for report tabling

In
order for you to be eligible for this role you will have
  • Previous Experience in a Senior Executive Assistant Role
  • Experience in a NSW Government Department would be highly desirable
  • Experience Coordinating Team Meetings
  • Experience with Diary Management at C Suite Level
  • Expedience working on leading projects would be a benefit
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Our client are a growing property & strata management organisation based in Sydney's inner suburbs.

We're seeking a highly organised and diligent Executive Assistant to provide a high level of support to the CEO and oversee operations across the wider office.

This position will suit experienced candidates looking to move into a fast paced, diverse role where you'll wear many hats and have the opportunity to get involved in various projects.

This is a full time permanent opportunity - as such, applicants will require full working rights in Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • EA support to the CEO including diary and calendar coordination, inbox management and expenses
  • Assist in management of property portfolio
  • Attend strata meetings
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for strata meetings
  • Database management
  • Conduct property inspections when required
  • Liaise with landlords tenants & clientele
  • Assist with incoming enquiries
  • Manage new business enquiries
  • Project management
  • Assist in preparation of budgets for strata schemes
  • IT support and troubleshooting
  • Event coordination (internal & external)
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years EA/PA experience supporting at senior level, preferably within the property sector
  • Experience working in strata management highly advantageous
  • Flexible and proactive approach toward work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen
  • Customer-focused attitude
