We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our team who will share our company mission statement - "To exceed the expectations of our client by providing a highly personalised, at all times reliable service, that always leads to a positive result."

Job Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the creating, maintenance, updating and administration of all marketing and promotional material and activities for both Ray White Broome and Ray White Derby offices. This covers all forms of advertising including local papers, newsletters, websites, social media and writing property ads.

This position is part-time (25 hours per week) and based in Broome with the occasional day trip to Derby as required.

Skills & Experience

Organisational skills are essential in this role, also previous experience in marketing and an ability to work under pressure and create relationships with clients. Other attributes we look for in a new member of staff are:

- A thorough understanding of how to provide great client and customer service.

- A positive person who will embrace our carefully cultivated office culture.

CoreStaff is currently seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our client on an NT Mine site. This role is a casual position that will see you working 4 days on, 3 days off roster.

As a Training Administrator, your duties will include but not limited too:

  • This role focuses on the delivery of Health & Safety-based training and includes the following activities:
  • Assessing training needs by conducting training needs analysis;
  • Identifying suitable available courses from external sources;
  • Assisting in the planning of training courses to meet operational needs;
  • Organising training courses including contracting trainers to present specialised courses;
  • Assisting in the coordination of on-site and off-site training;
  • Conducting training courses including new employee orientation workshops;
  • Administering formal training associated with apprenticeships and traineeships;
  • Maintaining the training website and database systems

In return, you will receive weekly pays and an awesome roster of 4 days on, 3 days off. You will be working on a site that values their employees and offers safe working environments. Your flights, accommodation and food are all provided.

About the role

Seeking a highly effective and professional Business Support Officer to provide support to our Business. To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to your work.  You will thrive in a fast paced, demanding and varied work environment.  A strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work autonomously is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Providing administrative support to the key members of our Management team
  • Diary management and coordination of meetings – ability to anticipate needs to maximize efficiencies
  • Coordination of travel, accommodation and expenses
  • Powerpoint Presentation design for Business Line Leader and National team
  • Analysing information and data creating required reports and recommendations
  • Maintain and compile sales data and prepare relevant documentation required for the business unit,
  • Exemplary time management and organisational skills including the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to changing requirements quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders,
  • Strong written communication skills with a high attention to detail in spelling and grammar

Selection criteria

  • A high level of technological aptitude and savviness
  • Advanced MS Office Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good time management skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills and proven accuracy and speed
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Sensitivity to deal with and maintain confidential information
